It's the fabulous Claire's turn to host our Paper Players challenge this week and she has a great sketch for us:
I love the fact that this sketch allows you to use up some great DSPs and I used the new Simon Says Stamp card kit for my card. Instead of the circles, I chose to use a cluster of Peeps from the accompanying stamp set. Oh… and yes… I made a PINK card! I rarely make PINK cards – and have made two in the last month!

On a personal note:
So glad to be back home. Spending 5 days inside a conference center – never seeing daylight and standing on my (poor blistered) feet isn't my idea of fun! It was great meeting up with some of my colleagues that I never get to see though! It was in the 80s in Vegas and in the 20s when I got home.
However, Spring arrived in full force yesterday – at least for one day, anyway! It got to be above 60 degrees yesterday! Oh…. it was wonderful. Today, it's back in the early 30s, but it was fabulous to be able to open all the windows, and feel just a little tinge of warmth in the air. We know it must be getting warmer because our resident Junco's have gone. Pooooft! overnight they left us for their summer homes further up north!
I was also able to get out on the deck and take some bird photos. I was so sorry that this one wasn't quite in focus – look at the look on this guy's face!
Can't you see him saying "what you looking at, earthling?" Loved it! So, I will have some photos to share with you this week!
Colleen, you, your aunt and your family are still in my thoughts and prayers.

Your Downy woodpecker shot is amazing! The expression on his face is just priceless. Boy, you could put a word bubble on top and say numerous funny comments. Tell me again, if you don’t mind, what camera you’re using now. I love how close you can zoom in. I’m a point and shoot kind of gal but in need of a new camera so I thought I’d ask. I apologize if you’re repeating yourself. I know that with my current camera, it gets fuzzy when I zoom in too close and I can’t get the kind of interesting shots you take. My hummer pictures last summer were blurry so that was frustrating.
So happy you’re back home and got to enjoy the nice weather. I pop open my windows every chance the weather breaks like that too. It’s so refreshing! Take care~
OH my goodness, this is adorable Jaydee! I love these little peeps, especially the one that is winking. The mix of patterns is perfection and I love all the PINK!
