I hope you are all having a great weekend so far.
It's the fabulous LeAnne's turn to host our Paper Players challenge this week and she has a challenge topic that is very close to my heart 🙂
I couldn't resist using this super cute image for the card and I really had such fun coloring it with my Copic Markers. I know you probably can't see it, but the eyes and nose are really shiny as I added Irresistibles to those areas to add a little texture and shine. I used by Signo Uniball white pen to add back the sparkle in his eyes.
I needed some additional texture behind him, so used my brick embossing folder and I think it gives a nice background for him.

On a personal note:
Oh… the sun has been shining… the skies are a beautiful shade of blue…. and … if I closed me eyes, I could convince myself that Spring was just around the corner. 🙂 Spring might be a few weeks away yet… but I am so looking forward to seeing some green grass. But, for now, I will enjoy the gorgeous white fluffy stuff that surrounds us 🙂
It was so warm last weekend that our Chickadees were even doing their "see-saw" Spring mating call. Mmm… they haven't done it at all since I got home, but they know Spring isn't too far away!
I'll be back tomorrow with another card. In the meantime, warm hugs and prayers for those of you that need a little lift tonight.

What a cute puppy dog Jaydee – he looks almost hand-drawn, so much movement in that fur! The brick wall and wavy panel make for a great backdrop too and I love that you grounded your hello with a little heart!
