Happy Sunday.
It's the fabulous Claire's turn to host our Paper Players challenge this week and it's clean and simple theme week! The minute I saw the theme, I knew exactly which set I was going to use, Lemon Blossom fro The Greetery. Here's a sneak peek:
Here's Claire's challenge:
I decided to use a mini slimline layout for my card and created a focal layer for my arrangement. I stamped, colored and die-cut the elements and then arranged them on the focal layer. I popped up some of the elements and glued the others directly to that layer. I really wanted to add some splashes, but decided against it as I wanted to keep it really clean and simple.
Here's my card:
I just love a good punny sentiment:-)
As always the design team have some fabulous inspiration for you:
I'll be back tomorrow with another card. In the meantime, warm hugs and prayers for those of you who need a little lift tonight.
Hugs
Jaydee
Card recipe:

Jaydee, I just love this fabulous slim-line card with all the delicious citrus. They all look so colorful! Such a fun sentiment, too! You card is just perfect for my challenge! Have a great week, My Friend!
This card just makes me pucker up and smile! LOVE the freshness of those fruits!
I was delighted to read that you’d stamped and coloured the fruits – I was sure you must have fussy cut them from DSP! They are just gorgeous!
WOW! This card is amazing, Jaydee! The vividly colored fruit just “pops” right off the card. The sentiment is so fun. Who wouldn’t love to find this beauty in their mailbox!
Can’t beat a good punny sentiment Jaydee – and that fruit is so bold and vibrant, just fab against the white base. Beautiful!
