Happy Sunday.
It's the fabulous Jan's turn to host our Paper Players challenge this week and it's theme week. Jan couldn't have chosen a theme that is more perfect or me! It was also the perfect excuse to take out a piece of speciality paper that I have been saving for YEARS.
And here's our challenge badge for this week:
This card was super easy to put together. I pulled out the piece of speciality DSP that came from a very old pack from Stampin' Up! and adhered it to a card base that I cut to fit. I added a heart approximately where we live and then added the sentiment, which was popped up with a foam strip. That's it! The hardest part was trying to photograph it as there is so much shimmer and shine on the paper!
Here's my full card:
As always, the design team have some fabulous inspiration for you:
I'll be back later in the week with more cards. In the meantime, warm hugs and prayers for those of you who need a little lift tonight.
Hugs
Jaydee

How wonderful when it all comes together so quickly and so well! I think I might have a piece of that same paper tucked away somewhere too. This is a super take on my theme – thank you!
Jaydee!! DSP? Amazing. I thought you had foiled the background. Isn’t it great when a simple card is fabulous?!
This is very cool! I totally missed the little heart at first..what a fun way to highlight the miles between you and your recipient! I remember these papers too…great way to use them for the challenge!
I remember this awesome paper, Jaydee! I can imagine how gorgeous this is in person. The heart is a perfect detail, and makes this card even more special. LOVE it! Have a wonderful week!

Jaydee, it’s amazing that all these years you kept the dsp that couldn’t be more perfect for this challenge! Love the little heart. Very sweet card.
I think I might have some of that DSP hiding out in my collection too Jaydee – how perfect for this challenge, it looks like you hot foiled it! Love the heart detail too – perfect with the thoughtful sentiment.
