Happy Sunday.
It's the fabulous Ann's turn to host our Paper Players challenge this week and it's sketch week. Ann's sketch inspired me to bring out one of my favorite all time stamp sets. It's been with me for years and has survived my 2x yearly purge of crafting goodies.
I love using the Cozy Cup set from The Greetery – it's perfect for any time of the year and was just perfect for Ann's sketch. Here's a sneak peek:
Ah… and yes, it's pink!!!! And here is Ann's sketch
As always, the design team have some fabulous inspiration for you. I hope you will pop along to their sites and check out their creations – and then come and play with our challenge. We would love to see what YOU create with Ann's sketch.
On a personal note:
Well, from the 75 degrees to 6 inches of snow, we have now dropped back into the 30s and it's been raining. Definitely spring in Minnesota 🙂
The ground was defrosted just enough for us to get a feeder pole and some seed and suet feeders up in the back yard. So, we have been blessed with a few feathered visitors this week. This morning I opened the bedroom curtains and gave these guys a scare!
It's amazing how well they blend into their background at this time of the year. Mind you, the same view looked very different a couple of days ago!
I just love those snow storms when you see the snow fall and settle on the branches of the trees. It was incredibly magical. Didn't last long, as you can see from the photo of the deer – but it was beautiful while it lasted!
I've spent some time in my craft room this week sorting through things, changing up my stamp storage and even making some cards for my design team commitments. Mr Charlie loves to sit there soaking up the sun in his hammock window seat. No sun today, but he's here with me anyway. When it's sun he gets so warm and cozy and stretches out and just absorbs all that sun!
Look at that contented little face!
Today, I am hoping to finish off sorting out my crafting goodies and may even get to play along with some challenges this week. So hopefully, I will have some cards to share with you this week. In the meantime, warm hugs and prayers for those of you who need a little lift tonight.
Hugs
Jaydee

Jaydee, I love it when you use this set. The cards you make with it are always special. I love the pink color scheme. The stenciled hearts are a perfect backdrop for the cup. What great depth this card has! As always, your cards are an inspiration. Thank you for this lovely interpretation of my sketch. Have a wonderful week!
Jaydee… love this beautiful, soft pink creation. I love coffee cards and this one is perfect. Love the curved sentiment, the stenciled hearts, everything.
How wonderful to see the deer and then the snowy scene! I love your card: it’s warmth and cosiness personified. I’m a great coffee lover, which helps the feel good factor in this card. But it’s those sweet details like the stencilled background and edge stitching along with the two-coloured background. Another stellar creation, Jay Dee. 🙂
Love your card. And what great photos.
I love the balance of soft pinks and stencilling on your card Jaydee and your cup makes the perfect focal pint – love the curved sentiment too. You really do seem to be getting all weather in your part of the world at the moment – wishing you a warm week!
I just LOVE this! What a delicious combination of colors and subject….I always love coffee! So sweet for Ann’s sketch. Your scenery, inside and out, is a treasure as well!
Pink and brown are a beautiful color combination, and they look wonderful with your coffee themed card, Jaydee! Love the lightly stenciled knit pattern and the sentiment. I love the photos of the contrast in weather in just a few days. Gotta love Spring!
