Hi Everyone. Happy Monday night.
I hope you all enjoyed your day. Mine…. well… I can tell you one thing…. the weather outside was absolutely glorious. There was a slight cool breeze, a warmish sun, the birds were singing, the sky was almost cloudless – perfect. Pity I had to stay inside and work! However, I did get out for 10 minutes at lunch time and it was gorgeous.
I do want to thank all of you who have been playing along with the trivia question. It has been a hoot reading your comments. Lou has really enjoyed them, too. He's been checking them out from down under. Still a couple more hours to go tonight if anyone else wants to join the fun. Tomorrow I will announce the winners of the blog candy and also reveal the truth :-) I'm thrilled that you have all enjoyed it as much I have!
Now… tonight's card is, as you could discern from the title, back to flowers and pearls! I mean, seriously, I had to play with something pretty for a change! Mind you, I can honestly say that I really and I mean really enjoyed making masculine cards. I can honestly say that I believe my fear of making them is officially over. The layout from the cleanandsimple stamping site really seemed to work – and inspire me.
I really do love this set and this paper, is fabulous! I really can't wait to see what new goodies are coming in the catty!
Brenda and Cherie – I hope you had a fabulous run yesterday. I had these wonderful images of the two of you running along in your green and yellow tutus! One day, Cherie, we are going to get you in a purple and gold tutu!!! I am jealous that you saw a sandhill crane.
