Furry Friends for Paper Players 699

Happy Sunday.

It's the fabulous Joanne's turn to host our Paper Players challenge this week and it's Clean and Simple Week.  It was a great excuse for me to make yet another card for our local Ronald McDonald House and use a fun new die set from Alexandra Renke called Furry Friends.  Here's a sneak peek:

And here's Joanne's CAS theme for this week:

This card came together really easily.  I die cut and loosely watercolored the doggies and popped them up on a panel I die cut from a die called Stamps Quartet and added the sentiment.

Here's my full card:

I hope you will join us and play along.  We would love to see what you create with Joanne's theme.  As always, the design team have some fabulous inspiration for you:

On a personal note:

Little Chilli continues to grow – he seems to get bigger every day.  We haven't weighed him recently, but we really need to!  I took a photo of him on the couch last night and it's hard to believe that he is only 6 months old and still a kitten.  Maine Coons don't really mature until they are about 3-4.

What a handsome baby!  I'll be back later in the week with a card.  In the meantime, warm hugs and prayers for those of you who need a little lift tonight

Hugs

Jaydee

  1. I love that postage stamp format – very versatile. The animals are cuties too.

  2. Those pups are darling, Jaydee, and that card will certainly make a child smile on their birthday! The postage die cut panel with four quadrants couldn’t have been more perfect. Love this cute card!

  3. The dog lover in me adores these precious pups, Jaydee! The postage stamp layout is perfect for showcasing them. I am certain that your local Ronald McDonald’s house appreciates you so much. Chilli just gets more handsome each time I see a picture of him. What a gorgeous lad!
