Happy Friday.
It’s another INSPO list across at Festive Friday and this week we are highlighting Alzheimer’s Week. This is a cause that is close to a lot of people, including me, so I was happy that we were shining a light on this condition. I wanted to create a clean and simple card and used Notes of Nature from Stampin’ Up! as well as two dies from Alexandra Renke. One features a fabulous tag and the other a tea cup that I am obsessed with.
Here’s a sneak peek:
And here is our INSPO list for this challenge. As a reminder, you don’t have to follow the theme, you just need to incorporate at least three elements from our INSPO list into your project.

I went through the INSPO list and focused on the color purple. I have some watercolors that includes a range of beautiful pastel colors and that was the starting point for my card. I die-cut the teacup and teabag and used my watercolors to lightly color those items. I then used a grasses die cut that I had in my stash and used the same palette of colors to add a touch of green to the leaves.
I inked up the main stamp from the Notes of Nature set and inked that up with Wisteria ink and added that to the card front as my anchor point. I love this tag from Alexandra Renke and used that to bring all the elements together.
Here’s my full card:

I hope you will join us and play along with our challenge. We would love to see what you create using this INSPO list. As always, the design team have some fabulous inspiration for you.
I’ll be back tomorrow with my Addicted to CAS card. In the meantime, warm hugs and prayers for those of you who need a little lift tonight.
Hugs
