Brewed for You – Festive Friday #FF0129

Happy Friday.

It’s another INSPO challenge across at FestiveFriday – a crafting and card-making challenge and as our theme is St Patrick’s day, it was a great excuse for me to bring out an old SU set called Brewed for You.  Ready for green beer anyone?

Here’s our full INSPO list.  As always, you don’t have to play along with the theme – all you need to do is use three items from our INSPO list on your creation.

As I have Irish ancestry, we visited Ireland about 15 years ago and spent two weeks traveling around and visiting my family’s castles.  Well, me and the other 1 million other descendant’s castles.  I couldn’t help but incorporate the ancestral name into the beer bottle with a little label!

I stamped and colored the elements and popped them onto the base.  The card came together really quickly.  Here’s my full card:

I hope you will join us and play along.  We would love to see what inspires YOU and visit your creations!  As always, the design team have some fabulous inspiration for you.

I’ll be back on Sunday with my Paper Players card.  In the meantime, warm hugs and prayers for those of you who need a little lift tonight.

Hugs

  1. Love this Jaydee! What a great idea to add the family name on the bottle. My husband and I can’t wait to go to Ireland and find the McCullough’s. Let me know if you have any tips about visiting Ireland. 🙂

  2. We visited Ireland a few years ago and loved the warm, outgoing people, countryside, and castles. So beautiful. Love your fun card today, Jaydee. Enjoy your day!

  3. I’m not sure how I would feel about drinking the contents of your bottle, but I love the idea. Great card.
