Happy Saturday.
It’s the fabulous Joanne’s turn to host our Paper Players challenge this week and it’s theme week. Joanne chose a theme which is very versatile. However, I was stumped because I realized I had only 1 thing that fit the theme in my entire (terribly tny! yeah right!) collection of goodies. A single piece of patterned paper that contained the theme element. How on earth can that be?!!!
Once I had found that single item with the theme, I then had to find something to use it with. I checked out my stash and found an old Crafty Meraki mini slimline tag that was birthday themed and thought that would be perfect. Although it was for a slimline, I managed to get it to fit onto a normal A2 card
Here’s a sneak peek:

I cut the piece of patterned paper to fit the entire A2 card base and then die-cut the tag in a complementary color. I die-cut the “birthday” with white cardstock and added the “happy.
Here’s my full card:

As always, the design team have some fabulous inspiration for you.
I’ll be back later in the week with some more cards. In the meantime, warm hugs and prayers for those of you who need a little lift tonight.
Hugs
