Sad Elephant for Addicted to CAS # 182

HI Everyone.  Happy Saturday.

It's my turn to host our Addicted to CAS challenge this week and I chose this theme:

As my regular blog readers know, I am crazy about animals and this theme gives you a wide range of critters to choose from.  I happened to choose one of the largest!

This set Katzelkraft and is called Les Jungles.  I've had this set for a good few years and always enjoy playing with it.  This card was really easy to put together and I think the elephant's face says it all 🙂

On a personal note:

Still not finding mojo …. I spent about 6 hours making cards.  I futzed and putzed and started and threw away…. rinse.  repeat.  In the end I made three cards.  Mind you, one of them took me so long to color, I swear houses have been built faster than that!  I'm hoping to spend some time in my craft room tomorrow and will go looking for some inspiration across at my favorite challenge sites.  In the meantime, I hope you are all safe and well.  Warm hugs and prayers for those of you who need a little lift tonight.

  5. I LOVE this card, Jaydee. I think many of us are finding it difficult to find our mojo these days. I feel like your elephant looks. Fantastic card for this time, and the sentiment of course, is perfect. May you have better luck crafting today. It is pouring here in NJ, and somehow that makes me feel a bit better.
