Happy Sunday.
It's the fabulous Joanne's turn to host our Paper Players challenge this week and it's theme week! I was inspired to take out a couple of die sets that I got on sale from Spellbinders over Black Friday! It's called Parcel and Postbox and I just love the flexibility of this set. Here's a sneak peek:
I don't often use black as a base, but I thought with all of that red, it would really pop against the black.
Here's Joanne's challenge for this week.
Perfectly time to create cards for those that we love. Whether it's spouses, children or friends! I die cut the post box and the other elements and used the stamp set to create the sentiment on front of the post box. I really did have fun putting together the various elements.
Here's my full card:
I used some red glitter card stock to create the L O V E and the little heart on the envelope. Such a fun set! I hope you will join us and play along with our challenge this week. We would love to see what you create. In the meantime, the design team have some fabulous inspiration for you:
On a personal note:
I will be back tomorrow with more information on my cruise. In the meantime, warm hugs and prayers for those of you who need a little lift tonight.
Hugs
Jaydee

What an adorable little post box Jaydee – quite literally full of love! The glimmer and red is so striking against the black and I love the sentiment too. Gorgeous!
Jaydee, I just LOVE this little post box. The gold embossing just pops off the red! The heart bouquet and the foliage popping out of the box is fabulous! Such a FUN card! I love that you used the black background! ENJOY every day of the voyage, My Friend!
SO cute and perfect for this Valentine’s challenge! Love your glittery hearts, but that mailbox steals the show!
A great card for Lou! I have that postal box and will have to get it out. Hugs.
It is a beautiful card!!!
It does pop and it’s lovely and a sweet way to say I Love You.
These are fabulous dies, Jaydee! The red mail box does indeed “pop” against the black. The gold embossing and the red glitter paper cardstock add the perfect shimmer. I LOVE how the foliage and envelope are placed. You definitely hit this one out of the park!
This is so cute. Love that little mail box and the gold embossing is a nice touch.
I just love this little mailbox, Jaydee! The fabulous details really pop off the dark background, too. Such a lovely card!
