Hi Everyone. Happy Wednesday.
I have been trying to convert my technique videos for those of you who have been having problems viewing the ones I put out on mobile me.
One of the videos that I did manage to convert is the bow tying video. You can click on the photo below and it will take you to the video.
I hope those of you who couldn't see the video before can now see it.
I know some of you will think we are crazy… but Lou and I do exchange cards for each other from the cats. Anyone else do that? We were obviously channeling each other when we decided on these cards.
Here's the one that Lou bought for me. I thought it was hysterical. You can click on the cards and see them fullsize.
For Lou's card, I decided to use the fabulous "Fluffles", introduced to me by Lynn.
I thought that the image really called for the use of my MUSIC NOTES wheel. It seemed the perfect thing to place behind the Fluffles image.
Of course, Fluffles had to be colored "ginger" as I know that he represents Bailey. Bailey is our gorgeous Norwegian Forest cat who is into EVERYTHING. I stamped the image onto the card base and then again on to Real Red and Garden Green card stock and cut around the letters. Of course, I couldn't resist a little pearl! For the inside, I stamped another stamp featuring Fluffles and colored him with markers. Thanks, Lynn, for introducing me to Fluffles. I think these two stamps may be taken out again next year. I also think I will be using my music wheel again. It really is fabulous.
I hope you all have a fabulous Wednesday. A day spent with those you love, doing the things you love.
Don't forget, I really do love to read your comments and if you have any questions on any of hte projects that I showcase, or card making in general, just leave me a comment or send me an email.
Hugs
Jaydee

Adorable cards, Jaydee! And yes, the Twins gave cards to their brother, dad and mom! Missy the Boxer also gave Valentines and birthday cards, too…so I am sure the Twins will follow in her pawprints!
You and Lou are not crazy. We send cards from our dogs and my husband’s Aunt use to write letters to our dogs and cats which I still have. She has been dead for seven years and I would never part with those letters. Marge
My cocker gives a thank you cards to his groomer w/ his tip inside.
Ah, cards from the furbabies. Yup. We used to do that before the girlies came along. Then, somehow, we didn’t seem to have the time…;o)
Lou’s card to you is a stitch! LOVE it!
And, how can you not love Fluffles? What a cat. :o) You and your snipping. You seriously must have the patience of Job. It looks wonderful, and if *I* had those patience, maybe *I* could make beautiful cards as well. ;o)
Cards from the cats is a wonderful idea!!!! How fun!
And yes, Fluffles are such cute and fun images!!! We didn’t do a card for our little doxie, Rambo, but he did get his stocking – all hung with care!
