Hi Everyone. Happy Friday. Thank you for visiting Jaydee's Stampin' Up! SU space.
Today's card was for the limited supplies-has-to-include-a-christmas-tree challenge on splitcoaststampers.
I found it difficult keeping myself to one stamp set, one dsp and one card stock. It did lead to a clean and simple card, though. However, I can't honestly say that I'm thrilled with it. Generally, I am pleased with the cards when I have finished with them… but this one… I just don't know!
I love the textures from the dsp and the shimmer paint on the trees. I like the red and white… i just don't know what it is – I haven't analyzed it enough yet to determine what I would have done differently considering the challenge.
I hope you have a fabulous day tomorrow – spending time with those you love and doing the things that make you happy.
As always, thank you for spending time in my little area of the stamping blogosphere – your visit is always much appreciated.
P.S. as many of my fabulous followers know – I'm currently travelling with my DH for our anniversary.
Tomorrow I will be posting some photos from my anniversary lunch and the view from our cottage
at 6am in the morning. The weather here in Franschhoek isn't that warm – but considerably warmer
than it is at home this morning. I noticed the temperature at home is 28 degrees and … it's snowing!!
Thank you to all of you who have left messages and sent me emails. I really appreciate every one of them
and feel so honored and thrilled by the support.
Blessings,
Jaydee
