Good day Jaydee. so sorry to hear about your hair story, I have to admit I am kinda laughing, I am sorry, it’s just a cute story.
now I have to ask, where’s the photo of your transformation? would love to see what the new you looks like! 🙂
oh by the way, I love the music, when I go to your site. you rock Jaydee
Hi Carole’Ann – thanks for your comments and making me smile! 🙂 So… to make the story even funnier…. I get to the airport to pick up my DH and what does he say? “Hey, love your hair CUT!”…. hellllllllooooo…. I used to be blonde…. and my hair is the same length – except for 1 inch! Oh, well! There you go. And I guess you don’t want to know how much time I spent with color samples of the SU paper trying to work out what color my new hair color might resemble.
Have a fabulous weekend and thanks for stopping by.
Hugs
Jaydee
Husbands are so funny! Mine doesn’t notice my hair color or cut until 4 days later!haha.. My boys however, will tell me when I need to color since they are now taller than me!!
hang in there because hair does grow and Enjoy your new looki!!
Oh Poor Jaydee…on the other hand I bet you look stunning as a redhead and obviously – and not to be overly salacious – your dear Hubby was probably noticing other more interesting parts of your anatomy and skipped the hair entirely! 😀 After all aren’t the eyes the gateway to the soul (and here you thought I meant something naughty…..).- LoL!
Seriously though a bad day at the salon is never fun though thankfully most disasters can either be fixed or grow out in time. After all there’s always the chance that next time you’ll emerge a blonde but with a buzz cut!
Love the pages. Your flair for layout and design definitely goes further than cards and your Italian trip intro has me waiting to hear the rest of the story as well as seeing the rest of the pages! Aren’t seagulls interesting little beggers? When I lived in Santa Barbara, Calif they were more common in my backyard than robins or any other normal neighborhood bird.
Funny somehow I missed that you lived in Rochester (memory is one of the first things to go I guess) Last time I was there was in the 1960’s when my BIL was in Medical School and my nephew was a newborn in need of an Aunt’s helping hands so Mom could get some sleep! I bet the city has grown considerably since then! Though I daresay it still snows in April and starts up again in early September! BRRRR! Good thing you have your own Dasher on the deck to keep your heart warm and your holidays fun. Tell him and the furfaces hi for me and hug your redheaded self extra too!
Hugs – Jean
