Hi Everyone. Happy Thursday night. YAY… tomorrow is Friday.
Tonight's card uses the Kind and Caring Thoughts and Circle Circus sets.
I used an only MojoMonday layout (layout number 90) as my inspiration. I wanted to use the To the Nines designer series paper and play around with the Sage Shadow and Chocolate Chip colors. However, I couldn't just leave it at that…. I wanted to add a little Rich Razzleberry as well. It's a really interesting layout to play around with and I'm thinking would work really well with Dasher. Especially as I haven't done a Dasher card for a while!
I used the circle circus as the matt for the corduroy button – and also decorations on the inside of the card. I matted the central image in Sage Shadow and Rich Razzleberry ….. because I had colored the berries in Rich Razzleberry :-)… I matted the DSP in Chocolate Chip. I loved the fact that the pattern on the grosgrain ribbon is echoed in the button… and also in the herringbone in the DSP. The sentiment is Teeny Tiny Wishes.
On the personal front… I'm really looking forward to the weekend and to seeing my DH on Saturday. I hope to also get to spend some quality time in my stamping space.
