Card ideas for Earthen Textures day 10

Happy Tuesday.

Where did Monday go?  I don’t know but the days seem to be going by very fast these days!  Anyway, this is the last of the card idea posts for using Earthen Textures from Stampin’ Up!  If you are thinking of buying this set, June 21 is free shipping day 🙂

For my final card I pulled together some of the colors from the Earthen Elegance DSP.  I love these colors together.  As I’ve said before, Pebbled Path is one of my favorite new colors and I love it with Copper Clay.

I forgot to mention that today’s card uses my favorite palm die:-)  I stamped and die-cut the vessels and then die-cut the leaves.  Only one of them was die-cut from the Earthen Elegance DSP, the others were cut from card stock.  I wanted to bring all the colors together, so added splatters from various colors to each of the elements and the base of the card.  I finished it off with a white heat embossed sentiment.

TBH – this is one of my favorite cards from the ones that I made 🙂

Isn’t that Pebbled Path just a gorgeous grey?  I love it wth the Copper Clay and the Pretty Peacock.  Such rich earthy colors.  I’ll be back tomorrow with a quick post featuring all 10 cards.  In the meantime, warm hugs and prayers for those of you who need a little lift tonight.
