Happy Saturday!
I have a card for you today using my favorite Stampin' Up! Forever Fern stamp set. I looked for some inspiration across at FreshlyMade and Color Throwdown:
I love the inspiration photo from CTD – what a gorgeous scarf! I love the cool blues with the warm rust – what a gorgeous color combo. I made my own background paper by stamping leaves from Forever Fern in both an aqua and the softest blue I had. I added some Cajun Craze dots that I made using my stylus – I just dipped the thinner end into my ink and added the dots directly to the off-white card stock and then die-cut it. I added a piece of soft blue card stock behind and stamped a Cajun sentiment onto a piece of aqua. I tried a white base, an off-white base, a blue base and an aqua base… non of them worked – but the colors popped when I put them against the Cajun base.

The blue and aqua inks are pretty hard to tell apart in this photo, but they are so pretty together. I'll be back tomorrow with my Paper Players card. In the meantime, warm hugs and prayers for those of you who need a little lift today.
