Happy Sunday -again!
Popping in with my second post for today as I wanted to share a card I created using the sketch across at Freshly Made:
It's been ages since I have been in my craft room and made cards to participate in challenges. I needed a birthday card at this sketch inspired me to take out my new Botanicut Lily dies from The Greetery. I had tremendous fun just relaxing, diecutting, coloring and assembling. I needed a square behind my focal images, so I blended some Catherine Pooler inks with my blending brushes.
Here's my card:
I love that the die-cuts can be colored, or you can cut them directly from colored card stock. I blended pink and then used my pencils for shading and depth on the flowers. I really love how they turned out.
I'll be back later in the week with another card. In the meantime, warm hugs and prayers for those of you who need a little lift today.
Hugs
Jaydee
Card recipe:

Very pretty card. It will brighten someone’s day!
Oh. my, Jaydee. These lilies look real. Your coloring is amazing. Enjoy your week!
What a stunning bouquet and great ink blending job, Jaydee. Thanks so much for joining us at Freshly Made Sketches this week.
Gorgeous Jaydee! Lilies are my most favourite flower and it occurred to me recently that I don’t have a single lily stamp or die in my collection! This pair is stunning and I love the detsil against the soft inked background square.
Beautiful. I always love your flower cards.
