Clubhouse for Paper Payers #479

Hi Everyone.  Happy Sunday.

It's the fabulous LeAnne's turn to host our Paper Players challenge this week and it's sketch week:

I decided to ink up one of my newer sets for this and use some of the DSP that I got in a variety pack from SU.  Golf isn't "my" thing, but I know lots of people who play, so this was a great set to use on cards to send to my golfing friends.  I used two of the DSP sheets and used them for the background.  I stamped the image and colored it then die-cut it with my dies.

Here's my card:

Golf (1 of 1)

I hope you will play along with us this week.  We'd love to see what you create with this sketch.  As usual, the design team have some wonderful inspiration for you:

I'll be back later with another card and a couple of photographs.  In the meantime, warm hugs and prayers for those of you who need a little lift tonight.

Hugs

Jaydee

  1. Golf isn’t my thing either, but I am fascinated by all the amazing cards I’ve seen using this bundle! GREAT dsp and perfect for masculine creations! Thanks for making my sketch look awesome! (wink wink)

  2. A great card Jaydee and I love the DSP combo behind your main image. I so wish we’d had this golfer set when I had a family of golfers; now, not so much. Love your take though!

  3. Golfing is not my cup of tea either. I did try to play, but it was so frustrating. I love this card though. The background papers and the golfer are amazing. Your coloring is perfect and I bet you know several people that would love to receive this card! You really made the sketch shine!

  4. Fabulous card with that bundle Jaydee, and the sketch works perfectly for showcasing the dsp and the tall image of the golfer. Now that I’ve seen how you used it, that bundle is a must have for the number of golfers in my family. 🤗

  5. I love how you showcased both the paper and the stamp set for your card, Jaydee! A perfect masculine card, for sure. I used to golf with my dad but haven’t been out on a course in years. It always brings back some happy memories with him though. Hope you had a great week, my friend!

  6. LeAnne, I agree – I have seen some fabulous cards made with this sketch. And it was a pleasure rocking “your” sketch 🙂
