Happy Sunday.
It's my turn to host the Paper Players challenge this week and it's theme week. It was a great excuse to ink up the Flower Market Bouquet set from the Greetery in bright reds, greens and yellows. It's at this time of the winter that I am desperate to see some color!
I finished this card really late yesterday, so wasn't able to photograph it in day light, which is what I normally do. Today is dull as we had a snow/ice storm last night and it is really cloudy. So, I wasn't able to get a better photograph today!
I stamped all of the elements and then die-cut the focal layer with my Postal Frames die and added a little bow from the Fit to be Tied set.
Here's my card:
I hope you will join us and play along this week. We would love to see what you create with our theme.
As always, the design team have some fabulous inspiration for you.
On a personal note:
I managed to snap a quick photo of the deer at the feeder in the middle of the snow storm. They are really skittish, so I had to take the photo through the door – but I think you get the general idea 🙂
It's been a really cold winter for us, so we have been more diligent than normal about ensuring the birds have access to clean water, seed and suet. It's really rewarding to hear them chattering in the juniper trees where they are protected. They really do brighten up the landscape when they come to the bird bath!
I'll be back later in the week with another card. In the meantime, warm hugs and prayers for those of you who need a little lift tonight.
Hugs
Jaydee

You are so lucky to get to shot the pictures you share with us. Thanks!!!
I love your pretty card, Jaydee. It’s lovely to see the deer. Enjoy your day!
Love your theme Jaydee and your card! Great colors and love that big postal frame die! And cool pic of the deer! Have a great week!
Tulips always make me think of spring too Jaydee and red and yellow ones are my favourites and the ones I grow in my front border. I’ll try and get a photo when they are in bloom but before the wind knocks all the petals off! Such a pretty card – love the deer photo too!
This is so gorgeous Jaydee! AND I love the spring vibes!!!
Beautiful spring bouquet, Jaydee! I love the saturated colors on the flowers, so bright and cheery, definitely what we need when winter just doesn’t want to let go yet 🙂
Jaydee, thanks for a great challenge and your wonderful inspiration! Nothing says spring like tulips, and yours are gorgeous! We have deer in our yard, we don’t feed them, but sometimes they lay down just outside our fence. At other times, they jump the fence and eat my herbs! Not at all skittish.
What a gorgeous bouquet! Love that you used bright, cheerful colors! And look at those sweet deer! Great challenge!
Jaydee, this card warms my heart. My Mom and I loved tulips. They were our favorite flower so send each other. After a long winter, we knew Spring was coming! Thank you for sharing this beautiful card. SMILE! Warm hugs to you!
Such a beautiful bouquet Jaydee! Love the bright and cheery colors, too.
