I made a card with my Stampin' Up! Forever Blossoms set for the new challenge across at AAA. This really is one of my favorite sets. I just love the versality of it. I paired it with a sneak peek from the upcoming Lovely You set for the sentiment.
The challenge across at AAA was clean and simple – using just a third of the card and with a twist!
With the twist, I decided to add an additional stamp from the main image in the set. That took a little masking and playing around to make sure that I got it to look as though it was one continuous flower, but I think it worked out well.
I stamped the image in London Fog and then colored it with my Copics and pencils. I added detail to make the petals more distinct and some white dots for the anthem on the stamen. Here's a closeup:

I then colored the area around the flowers with my copic bg70 marker and added the sentiment from the new SU set Lovely You, which will be available on June 2nd. I put together three of the sentiments to read as one.

I stamped the image again on the inside and added the main sentiment from the Lovely You set – Always. The lighting was really bad yesterday so it was pretty hard to get any decent photos.
On a personal note:
It's officially freezing here… well, below freezing actually! It's been down in the high 20s as a low and we have had to cover the herbs that we bought and planted last weekend! It also snowed. It's a little brighter today – the sun is shining – but it's still pretty cold. Our summer visitors got a little shocked with the cold polar air, I think!
The Rosebreasted Grosbeaks arrived at the same time as the Orioles. We have seen both the male and the female. The male has visited all of our feeding stations – from the jelly to the seeds to the suet. So, we are hoping they will be staying around and nesting with us!
