With the wonderful creations from these fabulous ladies, along with my cards, we gathered a total of……….
ONE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED AND THIRTY THREE (1633) CARDS!!!!!
That is pretty amazing. It's by far our biggest collection to date. Think about it. One thousand six hundred and thirty three servicemen/women will be able to send out these cards and they will be received by 1633 family members. You ladies have touched the lives of nearly 3,500 people. Pat yourselves on the back. It's not just amazing – it's awesome!
My thanks also go to the rest of my blog readers who have supported us along this journey whether its by leaving messages of support to these fabulous ladies when I have posted their preview cards, or messages of support left on my blog posts. You guys inspire me to do this.
So… let's get down to some prizes. Firstly the draw for SU spending sprees courtesy of moi.
I put names onto a piece of paper. 1 name for each 20 cards. The paper pieces were then folded up and placed in a bowl. Shaken, stirred and shimmied. Lou was then asked to draw 4 names. The first name out of the bowl wins the $100 prize SU shopping spree and the next three win $50 shopping sprees.
The winner of the $100 SU shopping spree?

Congratulations, ladies! I can't wait to see what you want to purchase. All you need to do is send me an email with your wish list from the current Stampin' Up! catalogs and I will be placing your orders on October 1.
Now.. that's not all. I did offer up two prizes for the ladies who came closest to guessing the total cards collected. The person nearest the correct number will get first dibs on either the Tag It or Tags 4 You sets.
The person who was the closest… and she was VERY close!
Marcia who guessed 1650
The second person?
Pamela who guessed 1500
Marcia, just send me an email letting me know which set you would like. Pamela, I will put yours in the mail to you.
I will be back tomorrow with my Paper Players card. In the meantime, have a glorious Friday evening. Warm hugs and prayers to those of you who need a little lift tonight.
Hugs
Jaydee

Jaydee, I just sent you an email to your .net account. Hope that’s still your email! Let me know if you don’t get it and tell me your current email! Thanks for introducing me to OWH – now I send in my own cards, but CONGRATS and THANKS to all your cardmakers who have created so many cards for you to send in! That’s a lot of work for you too, to stamp and tuck all those cards! Do you get your envies from Heinrich?
I’m so glad I got to meet you at Convention a couple years ago – did you go this past year? I didn’t go because my 5th granddaughter was born during Convention. I have another grandbaby due in a couple of weeks! 🙂
WOW!!! That is so wonderful, Jaydee! SO many servicemembers will enjoy those cards to send to loved ones. So many lives touched. It is an amazing thing! 🙂
Holy smokes!!! That’s AMAZING!!!!! :o)
Congratulations to all the winners! :o)
Hugs!
That is AWESOME! 3,500 people benefit! That is inspiring! !! So nice to see good things happening in the world!!
That’s so wonderful Jaydee! I can’t believe the total number of cards…amazing! Congrats to all the winners and a big thank you to you Jaydee for all the time invested in making this happen.
WOW what a tremendous number of cards!!! Thanks to everyone
Wow, what a successful card OWH drive…I am so glad you give us an opportunity to participate in such a great cause. Thanks again for your efforts. And thanks for the prizes…one of which I was fortunate to win.
Awesome job! Our Sunday School is going to look into the Kids project from OWH website. To get them all involved (ages) we are choosing that cause because we need to allow wee ones to use glue sticks, not appropriate for overseas cards. Thanks so much for the link and looking forward to helping on the next round you do!
Job well done by Everyone; especially to you Jaydee for doing all the work behind the scenes. Thank you for all that you do.
Congratulations to all the winners. Can’t believe that I’m also one of the winners. Thank you.
Hard part now is deciding what to get.
