Happy Sunday.
It's the fabulous LeAnne's turn to host our Paper Players challenge this week and it's color week. I must admit these colors scared me :-) But, as you have heard me say at least 100 times – that's what challenges are for :-) When I sat thinking about these colors I was drawn to a new set of dies that received from The Greetery and pulled out the Jumbo Dragonfly for me card. Here are LeAnne's colors:
On a personal note:
My craft room is almost complete, all it is lacking is some art work on the walls and it is finished. It's all nicely organized and I am getting used to things being in their new places. I had worked in my last craft room for 10 years and was so used to things being where they were that it has taken a few weeks to get used to the new layout, but I love it and am lucky that we managed to find an apartment with a study so that I could have a space for myself. We are still loving all the trees and not seeing anything other than leaves and sky at this time of year. I have a couple of photos to share with you this week taken of the birds at the feeder. Sadly, we have been told to stop feeding the birds… but we still feed the hummer and are off to the nursery to get a couple of plants for the deck so that they will provide nectar and pollen for the bees, hummers and butterflies!
I swear this female goldfinch is saying "I've got my eye on you!"
And who knew that purple finch liked jelly!

Jaydee, love the dragonfly. We had so many of them when we lived in northern Minnesota. Sorry to hear about the bird feeders. Have your cats adjusted? Have a fun week stamping.

The dragonfly is a perfect choice for these colors, Jaydee! And I love how you doubled up the wings (and colored both layers) too, they look great. Isn’t it nice to feel settled in your new craft space? We move every few years so I’m on my SEVENTH craft room over the last 15 years or so. As it happened, when we moved into our current house I was able to keep my organization almost identical to the previous house so that made it easier this time around. We’ll see what happens when we probably have to move again next year!
