Hi Everyone. Happy Monday.
I'd like to start tonight by thanking all of you who read my Lest We Forget post and left comments, or sent emails, providing your own remembrances on 9/11 and how it changed your life. I really appreciated you sharing. Pammie, who had not read my post, sent me an email reminding me that she had no idea where I was on that day, all she knew was that both Lou and I travelled extensively, well, weekly and all she could do was hope that we were not affected. She also reminded me that we should celebrate friends, as so many friends were affected that day. I thought it was a wonderful idea. I celebrate not only my friend of almost 50 years… Pammie… but all of you my cyber-friends.
I have a quick card for you tonight… Lou and I are still trying to enjoy a little down time at home where the weather is in the 90s. Yep. the 90s!!!
I made this card for the splitcoast clean and simple challenge. As well as being a CAS card, they asked that you include images of footwear. Well, as a collector of shoes… this set was a perfect set for me and I couldn't wait to bling it up. Of course, this card was one of those included in the OWH box!
So…. for all of you… I hope that on Tuesday you, too, are able to do something that allows you to kick up your heels and have a little fun!
As always, thank you for your visit and warm hugs and prayers for all of you who need a little lift tonight. As well as a warm hug for those of you who sent one to me!

Such an awesome card. I hope you got lots of well-deserved recognition over on splitcoast for this. It is so well-designed.

Is this that stamp that Lou insisted you had to get? It’s fabulous, that’s for sure. :o) You’ve blinged it out gorgeously, and, for a CAS card, it’s perfect. :o)
We’re in the 90’s for the next couple of days, but they’re promising fall temps by Thursday. I’m not holding my breath. ;o)
