Hi Everyone.
Popping in with a quick post for you tonight.
I saw this great sketch across at Freshly made Sketches.
I used my Studio Katia stitched rectangle to create the rounded element and realized that it would fit a brand new stamp that I bought. I fell in love with this little image when I was looking for stamps to create some fun cards for the Cards for Hospitalized Kids charity. It really is such a cute image and was fun to color. It would also be create to paper piece.
I stamped the image directly on the shaped panel, colored the image using a mix of Comic Markers and Prismacolor pencils. I stamped the sentiment. Added some texture onto the buttons and the middle of the flowers and then popped the panel up on fun foam. I covered the base of the card with a piece of DSP from the Altenew New Day card kit paper pack.
Here's my card:
I'll be back tomorrow with another card. In the meantime, warm hugs and prayers for those of you who need a little lift tonight.
Hugs
Jaydee
