Hi Everyone. Happy Sunday.
It's my turn to host the Paper Players challenge this week and I have a tic-tac-toe challenge for you.
I decided to go straight across the bottom: Pink, Leaves/Leaf, Flower. I began with one of my favorite Altenew sets – Amazing You. I stamped and die cut the leaves and one of the flowers and colored them with some Polychromos pencils to add detail.
I prepared the background with a stencil and some Novo Mousse. Yes…. again 🙂 I love the subtle texture and shine it gives to the base of a card. Once the mousse was dry, I watered down the two Altenew Inks I had used for my flowers and leaves and splattered the around the base of the card.

All that was left to do was to stamp the sentiment onto a piece of Neenah Solar White card stock and adhere it to the base with some foam dots.

On a personal note:
Another cool day here today, but at least the sunshine was out and the wetland is starting to look very green 🙂 We are expecting rain/snow tomorrow – but 70 degree temps by the end of the week. We also know that we are not too far away from the Orioles arriving and can't wait to hear their calls and see their flashes of brilliant orange feathers.
Talking about arrivals – the female red shouldered blackbirds have arrived. They usually arrive a couple of weeks after the males and we know the weather is getting warmer when the arrive.
I'm hoping to get into my craft room to do some stamping tomorrow. I hope you all get to do something that you enjoy tomorrow, too. I'll be back with another card tomorrow. In the meantime, warm hugs and prayers for those of you who need a little lift tonight.

Jaydee I think this is my favorite Tic Tac Toe board ever! Love what you made with it, the floral image is stunning and even more so with the penciled accents. You’ve got me quite intrigued with your use of mousse, too 🙂 Fabulous card, love it.
