Hi Everyone. Happy Monday. I hope you all had a great weekend.
It's my pleasure to showcase Pam's cards for the Enchanted Makeover card drive. Once again, a great set of inspiration for you with lots of different SU stamps, fabulous color combos, a wide variety of occasions. I loved that Pam used lots of shapes and punches on her cards, light distressing, lots of ribbon and hand coloring. I looked at some of Pam's color choices and thought… NOW… why on earth didn't I ever think to combine those colors, they work so well together! So, thank you Pam, for participating and sharing these wonderful cards. I know that the shelter residents will love sending out these cards.
I'd love it if you left a little card love for Pam on this post. I know she would appreciate it, too.
If you click on the card below, it should take you directly to Pam's showcase. Why did I choose this card? Well, I LOVE the color scheme. The pink and white with the black is crisp and clean. Pam also placed her sentiment somewhere I never do – and it showed to me that I need to be more flexible!:-) The sentiment is perflectly balanced against the offset image (again, something I never do) and the offset background layer. The paper piercing on the background layer, also forces your eye to travel around the card, once again highlighting the focal point. All round this card is fabulous!
On a personal note:
Lou and I are loving our new walk in closet. It really looks so organized and fabulous. This weekend we will be taking the white melamine storage pieces that were in the master WIC and putting them into the mud-room. Organization is key for me… whether it's in my craft room, my walk in closet or the kitchen. It doesn't matter what it is – I have to organize it! However, it takes me some time to live in a place and use each of the areas before I can determine how best to organize it. That's why we are still organizing 8 months after we moved into our new home. 8 months!!!!!??????????? Has it really been 8 months???? I find it hard to remember that at this time last year the house was just a mere shell of itself. Walls, basic floors and a roof! Now, it's the home we dreamt it would be.
As for my health… I can honestly say that I am feeling much better today. I still have a lingering cough and cannot believe that my nose is still running! My lungs are still very tight, but all round SO much better. I should be able to get back to exercising at the end of the week. I can also taste food again, which maybe isn't such a good thing 🙂
As always, thank you for visiting my little area of the stamping blogosphere. Warm hugs and prayers to those of you who need a little lift tonight.
Hugs
Jaydee

Pam, I LOVE the variety you provided, both in color and layout! :o) My favorites are the one Jaydee highlighted here (what a fun layout!) and the Tempting Turquoise (I think) and Daffodil Delight card that uses a very CAS layout with a big flower and the sentiment. Of course, I’m a sucker for snowmen, so of course, those called to me as well. They’re beautiful and a great source of inspiration, thank you!
Jaydee, I can’t believe it’s already been eight months! That’s crazy! I have to tell you, I’ve lived in this house for seven years and I’m *still* reorganizing and trying to find the perfect home for everything–as evidenced by my latest flurry of activity. Oh how I adore organizing!
I’m very glad to hear you’re feeling more the thing. I’ve been worried about you. Prayers for continued healing, friend.
Hugs!
P.S. Hi Lou! It was nice to see you didn’t have any painting this weekend. ;o)
Thanks for sharing Pam’s cards. They are so great. I really love her style and plan on “borrowing” some of her ideas! Jaydee, take care of yourself. This cold/flu thing is lasting while. Knock on wood – I haven’t gotten it. A walk-in closet …. ah, I’m so happy for you. I so wish I was your neighbor – LOL. Take care and hi to Lou!
Pam, what a great collection of cards…lots of ideas to draw on for future cards…thanks. Hard to choose a favorite, but one of mine has to be the soft suede(?) birdcage card…love the flowers and the use of neurals.
Jaydee, I agree Rach and can’t believe you have been in your home for eight months…time goes way too quickly.
Pam, what a wonderful selection of cards! There are many that are so creative! I really like the ones with the duck-the little girl splashing in the rain, etc! You have inspired me! Thanks!
So glad you are feeling better. That cough lasts forever it seems like.
Pam’s cards are so pretty and colorful. I must try to use some of these colors. I get in a rut and use the same colors all the time. Thanks for sharing these wonderful cards.
Love the use of different color schemes and the various DSP. I plan on borrowing some of Pam’ ideas. Great variety.
great card Pam!
Such a pretty card, as are the rest. Lovely colour combination.
I have been in my house for 6 years and yours looks FAR more organized than mine – will you and Rach please come to my place and work your organizing magic here? Puh-leez?
