very quick post tonight.
I saw the card across at casestudy this week and decided I wanted to create a card for this challenge. It really is very far outside of my comfort zone – hence the reason I chose to do it 🙂
I saw a piece of the Botanical Gazette and decided it would be a wonderful image to color. The image itself is just Old Olive and I looked at it and thought…. mmmm… I think it needs some Peach Parfait!
Here's a little thumbnail of part of the image – you can see that it only has color on the outline. Very pretty, but didn't quite fit the bill. So, with a little bit of patience and a little bit of color… here's what it became
I used the bee stamp from the Nature Walk stamp set on the DSP and also along the left hand side on the card base.
Prayers for Rose, Adelle, Germaine and those affected by the floods and fires in Oz. Warm thoughts and prayers for those of you who need a lift tonight.

Jaydee this is GORGEOUS! I love that you colored the DSP and how the off-set panel follows the off-set image on the paper. The beautiful ribbon balances it perfectly and the slight strip of olive is PERFECTION! LOVE IT!
