Spellbinders Dancin’ Octopus and Friends for Time Out Challenge #317

Happy Thursday.

We have a fun theme for you across at Time Out this week. It inspired me to bring out my Spellbinders Dancin’ Octopus and Friends die and create an interactive card.

Here’s a sneak peek:

Our challenge this week is sponsored by me! I have a die, stencil and stamp set from PinkFresh Studios available for the winner of our challenge. It’s a set called Berries and Blossoms.

We are joined by Kathy Asper of myasperations, and winner of Time Out #312 as Guest Designer. Her fabulous Seahorse card deserves a viewing 🙂

For my card I used the Altenew Land to Sea embossing folder – quickly becoming one of my favorites, I might add! I then die-cut the individual pieces for the octopus and her friends and assembled them. The dark orange legs in the background dance as they are on a round foam dot to help them move.

Here’s my full card:

The design team have some fabulous inspiration for you and we hope you will be inspired by our WATER theme and play along with our challenge. As a reminder, the winner of the challenge gets the PinkFresh Studios Berries and Blossoms die, stamp and stencil set, as well as the opportunity to Guest Design with us in a future challenge.

Here’s the PFS set available to our winner:

I’ll be back tomorrow with another card. In the meantime, warm hugs and prayers for those of you who need a little lift tonight.

Card recipe:

  • Embossing Folder: From Land to Sea – Altenew
  • Dies: Dancin’ Octopus – Spellbinders

Hugs
