Happy Thursday.
I have a quick post today as I played along with the Sunday Stamps challenge and I'm right up against the deadline! I don't know how I missed this challenge last week. I love the challenge colors and was initially drawn to florals. However, I decided to try my hand at inking up my new Postal Collage stencils called Sew Fun.
Here's a sneak peek:
And here are the colors from the Sunday Stamps challenge:
The challenge calls for the use of 3 colors and a neutral. However, I decided to pretty much include all of the colors. I did use a neutral and that was black and shades of black. I really love these strong, earthy colors and enjoyed using them with this fun set of stencils.
Once I had finished doing all the stenciling and shading I decided to add just a couple of postage prices – just enough to create a triangle with the black sentiment.
Here's my full card:
Such a fun set and such great colors! I'll be back tomorrow with my Festive Friday card. In the meantime, warm hugs and prayers for those of you who need a little lift tonight.
Hugs
Jaydee
