Welcome Baby for Paper Players #472

Hi Everyone.  Happy Sunday.

It's my turn to host our first Paper Players challenge of the year and it's theme week:

 
It's a great way to celebrate anything new… a new house, pet, year, baby, love – anything that is worth celebrating that is new.  Even though most of the design team celebrated babies, we can't wait to see what you create!
 
I made some cards to celebrate new babies in NIC units.  I purchased some papers and elements from Scrapbook.com and made a set of cards.  This was one of my favorites.  I love the colors and I love the little element that wiggles thanks to a small wobbler behind him!  I love the papers, too.

The design team did make some fabulous cards as inspiration for you.  Including our three new Guest Designer's for 2020:  Allisa Steinlicht,
Mary Deatherage  and Stef Perry.
 

On a personal note:

Well, I certainly got my fair share of craft time this past couple of days.  I have slayed almost all of the cards I need for my design team commitments through the middle of March!  I have just a couple left to do.  That means, all my craft time will now be spent making cards or practicing coloring or sketching.  It's my intention to send out more of the cards I make and not just the ones I make for SendASmile4Kids and Card Care Connection.  Don't forget, if you would like to receive a card from me, just send me an email with your address and the type of card you want… birthday, anniversary, just because, etc. and I'll be happy to send one along to you.

I'll be back tomorrow with another card.  In the meantime, warm hugs and prayers for those of you who need a little lift tonight.

  6. I love everything about this cute little card….the colors and polka dots are so fun and that little whale with his adorable little spout….he just makes me smile! Great challenge to start off the new year!
