Hi Everyone.
Very quick post for you tonight. It's 9.30 and I am running VERY late.
I managed to combine two challenges for this card. Color scheme from Dynamic Duos and the sketch from casethissketch.
Luckily, the color challenge allows for the use of neutrals and I took advantage of that with Crumb Cake and Basic Black. For the rest of it though, I thoroughly embraced the Strawberry Slush and Daffodil Delight!

Of course, I had to add a couple of sequins.. I just felt it need that extra little touch of subtle bling. I am REALLY loving this new set and I think it is perfect paired with the extra large sentiment from Papertrey. I do love Strawberry Slush, too. Although, I must admit, I have never really embraced Daffodil Delight 🙂

We’re having a heat wave; a tropical heat wave.
Cool front for this weekend with temperatures down to 98 deg. Woopie!
Such a bright, cherry color combo and such a bright, cheery card! I really do need to add that stamp set to my wish list…it’s fabulous!
All’s well and dreary here. It’s one of those days for staying in with a nice cuppa and a warm cat or two. :o)

P.S. Hi Lou! I got a painting reprieve as Lil has decided she does NOT want her room done. I can’t say I’m devastated by that. Did you manage to get all the painting finished? And, btw, how’s your finger? All recovered? Which reminds me, Jaydee, are you all recovered as well?
I am loving Gorgeous Grunge more and more and this card is fantastic. Love the bright colors too.
