Hi Everyone. Happy Tuesday.
Hope you are all having a great start to the week.
Tonight kicks off the Operation Write Home submissions showcase. Still no final number for you yet, as I am waiting for the last lot of cards to arrive from Anne Marie. As soon as I have them, I will publish that final number for you.
Cindy's submission cards ranged from Christmas to Birthday to Thinking of You. She also did a really great job of including masculine cards as well as feminine. Cindy, thank you so much for your fabulous cards. I really enjoyed visiting with each and every one of them. Thank you also for using color combinations that I wouldn't normally have thought to use. These color combos showed me that I need to get outside my box and do something different…. like the blue and green of Cindy's card below. I absolutely loved this card – and the color scheme!
To visit with Cindy's fabulous showcase, double click on the card below and it will take you to her gallery.
Please remember to leave a little blog comment love to let Cindy know that you enjoyed her showcase, too.
Cindy is first up, as her cards were the first ones I photographed!
On a personal note:
Well, it's back to work tomorrow after a couple of day's off. It has been great to spend a little down time with Lou and not have to worry about emails and conference calls. The weather has been amazing, but we are destined to get down into the 30s in the next couple of days! You can certainly tell that fall is on her way. Some of our birds have already left; the house wren, the red-shouldered blackbird for instance. I miss both of them. Their sounds are unmistakable and they were very active in our garden. Soon, the Junco's will be returning from their sujourn north.
As always, thank you so much for spending time in my little area of the stamping blogosphere. Your visits really do mean a great deal to me.
Warm hugs and prayers for all of you who need a little lift today.
Jaydee

Cindy, what WONDERFUL cards! I struggle so much with masculine cards, and you made it look so simple. :o)
Jaydee, I’m so happy you are getting some down-time. You and Lou deserve it.
Hugs!
Cindy,
You did awesome and made so many cards! I enjoyed looking at your creations too and got so many great ideas. I loved your cas designed cards and struggle with that card style myself. Hugs to you for a job well done!
Jaydee,
Glad you got the rest you needed. It is so important. I love redwinged black birds and their beautiful song, so I bet you are missing your red shouldered one too. I still have hummers (my first time with a feeder for them this year) and keep thinking they will disappear soon. Thank you for showing us the OWH cards. I know that took a lot of your time and it is so neat to see a gallery. That is exciting for someone without a blog! Hugs and smiles.
Cindy, your cards are so pretty. What a mixture of fabulous cards to send. You are the best.
Your sister,
Doris
Great cards, Cindy! I like your style!
Wow, that is such a beautiful card!
I’m loving this fall weather, but it is a tad chilly today. I’m so glad it’s nice & sunny out. Can’t wait for more days like yesterday. I was so happy to get to make my white chicken chili again last night though. My hubby was quite pleased also since it is his all time favorite meal! Looks like more yummy soups in the near future.
Rach,
Ok…Ive got to tell you young lady….your in big trouble…having talked about ANGRY BIRDS to Jaydee…she then went ahead and convinced me that I should down load it so I can have something to do on these loooongggg…12 hour flights I seem to be always on. I was quite happy reading thank you very much.
