Happy Monday
Well, I did get into my crafting area to make a card yesterday and I was inspired by the challenge across at AAACards to use ripped or torn edges. I remembered that I had a stencil from My Favorite Things that had what could be considered as ripped or torn edges and decided to create a clean and simple baby card to send along for the nurses and families with babies in the NICU.
The Baby Face dies from The Greetery are perfect for baby cards – here’s a sneak peek – can you see the lamb is slightly pink? I know. I know. There should be no such things as pink lambs and, as a computer engineer, I get very literal when it comes to things like this, but am trying to embrace my more artistic side which says…. why can’t lambs be pink! 🙂
Oh… and here’s the challenge from AAA and they did say the edges could be masked – so masked they are!

- Card stock: Neenah Solar White 110#
- Dies: Baby Face Lamb – The Greetery
- Stamps: Baby Face Sentiments – The Greetery
- Stencil: My Favorite Things
- Inks: Stamp Market
