Hi Everyone. Happy Thursday. Hope you are all having a great week. I must admit, I am REALLY looking forward to Friday and finishing up the work week and getting into my stamping space to do some crafting. I really have withdrawal symptoms.
Tonight, I have the pleasure of featuring Cam's OWH showcase. Cam has supported every single OWH drive that we have had. This time Cam provided 120 cards to the collection. That's 120 servicemen/women who have a fabulous card to send to a loved one. Cam not only completed 120 cards for the drive, but did it when there were health issues at home. Cam… thank you… your dedication to getting this cards done considering the circumstances, is incredible. YOU ROCK!
Please leave Cam a little comment love, because I promise you there is lots of inspiration to be had in this expansive collection. It was tough choosing one to feature on my page, but eventually I went with this bright and happy hello card. I love that Cam captured the music notes on the card base with the embossing folder, and then carried it through to the focal image. This card, well, it just made me smile. You can see Cam's collection by clicking this link or by clicking on the card below.
On a personal note:
It was another glorious fall day here today. The weather is crisp and clear and the air has a slight chill. Yesterday morning I was getting ready to get up just as the sun was rising in the sky. Suddenly, the entire bedroom blossomed with light. The whole sky had turned the most glorious marigold tinged with quince. It was so bright, that it turned the whole bedroom orange. It was absolutely astonishing. I rushed out of bed, ran down to the basement to get the camera…..sadly, as I got back upstairs, it had already almost returned to normal. For the fleeting minutes that it was there – the whole world felt glorious, untouched and exquisitely beautiful. Lou was traveling to the office at the time and said that there had been a double rainbow in the midst of it and that it had made the light seem all that much more magical. Mother Nature…. she's amazing 🙂
On that note, I wish you all an amazing Friday. One filled with bright sunshine, rainbows and happiness. Warm hugs and prayers for all of you who need a little lift tonight.
One last thing… shout out to Beth… thank you for your RAK in honor of Sparkly Hannah day. 🙂
Hugs
Jaydee

Cam, I’m BEYOND impressed–120 cards?!? Wow! You are utterly amazing!! :o)
I love the color combo on the card Jaydee posted here, and I’ve found a number of cards I’m planning on CASEing on your slide show. I really like the Christmas ones, and that little one with the cutout with the birds is just too sweet. And, well, I have a massive weakness for ice cream and the way you put those sweet ice cream cones together is just too precious. :o)
Jaydee, I’ll trade you my 80 and high humidity this evening for your glorious fall-like crispness and temps. ;o) I bet your room was gorgeous this morning, and how lovely for Lou to see that double rainbow. :o)
I wish everyone a wonderful Friday!
Hugs!

The card you showcased, Jaydee is gorgeous! Love that embossed background and the fresh color combo. 🙂
Cam,
I’m late on posting with a super busy schedule this past week so please forgive me! I am unable to open your showcase and have tried many times. It brings up Andi’s showcase instead. I do want to compliment your beautiful card here. I love the colors you chose and your ribbon used as leaves! Very clever!! I’m sure your other cards were fantastic as well. Many thanks for making our servicemen and women a gift to give their loved ones.
