Concord & 9th Fish Friends for Addicted to CAS Challenge #304

Happy Saturday.

It’s the fabulous Melanie’s turn to host our Addicted to CAS challenge this week and she has a fun code word for us. I was looking around for things to use when I spotted a new set sitting on my desk that I thought would be perfect. It’s a set called Fish Friends and it is from Concord and 9th.

Here’s Melanie’s code word for our challenge:

I began my card by stenciling and die-cutting the fish and the seaweed. I then cut a circle from the SU Spotlight on Nature dies. I used one of the stencils that comes with the Fish Friends set to create “waves” on the circle (another way to incorporate stripes) and then placed and adhered the fish and the seaweed. I added a sentiment and the card was complete.
