I have another couple of sneak peeks for you tonight. Thank you to all of you who left a comment on my sneak peek from last night. I really appreciated the feedback… and I know that your SU demos will not mind me enabling you… unless you are your own demo, that is! 🙂
Tonight, I am showcasing a new embossing folder – Flower Garden, as well as a new stamp set – On the Grow. The reason I purchased the On the Grow set was because it gives me a great excuse to do some coloring, and you all know how I love coloring! I had great fun coloring this image! As it is getting warmer here, I was drawn to using some fabulous summer colors. Peach Parfait and Pear Pizzazz! I am so pleased that these colors are sticking around for another year. They really are perfect summer colors.

Don't you love this image? I do. I also love the sentiment that comes with this set – it is the perfect size for this image. In addition…. me loves me the new embossing folder – you can see it peeking around the image on the left hand side.
Card recipe – all ingredients Stampin' Up!
- Card stock: Peach Parfait, Pear Pizzazz, Watercolor paper
- Inks: Peach Parfait, Pear Pizzazz, Poppy Parade (center of the flowers), Bashful Blue (water), Basic Gray (shadow) and sentiment
- Tools: Stamp-a-ma-jig, Blender Pens, Stampin' Dimensionals, Big Shot

On a personal note:
Taxes still not finished. I need to go finish those off now and then take a call with my geo colleagues in Asia. I took an hour out to make this card and update my blog and then it is back to the grindstone.
Today the temperature reached 60 degrees. Oh… yes…. spring is here! We had a little rain yesterday and that, combined with the slightly warmer temperatures, has led to our grass starting to turn green. I awoke this morning to a dawn chorus. The Cardinals are the first birds singing in the morning (in this case 5.30am), and the last to sing at night. The Chickadee's were singing their mating call. It was glorious!

I love the way you matted the Peach Parfait on the Peach Parfait. And, the coloring is wonderful. I bet that was such a soothing activity after fraying your nerves with the taxes.
I hope the call went well and that you get those taxes done.
