Sneak Peek: Decorative Watercolor Bubbles

Hi Everyone.

This really is going to be a quick post.  It's nearly 10.30pm and I wanted to share another sneak peek with you.

I paired three new goodies together:  Watercolor Wonder DSP, Decorative Dots embossing folder and Word Bubbles.  I really love Word Bubbles.. you can tell I'm having lots of fun with it!   I also love the Watercolor Wonder DSP.  I'm thinking that the Decorative Dots embossing folder might work really well as snow… mmmm…

Anyway, here's my card:

Of course, you know I love the repetition of circles, but isn't that DSP fabulous?  The Word Bubbles really do lend themselves to so fun inside sentiments and I love how they fit within the matching framelits.

On a personal note:

Some of you asked about Barnaby and Braxton – from this post.  These names really weren't invented by me – they came that way – and I wouldn't change them.  They are perfect!  I'm so glad that you liked them.  They make me smile every time we drive up to the house.

Before I go – a shout out to AS and her gang of 12!  Hey guys!  Marge, I smiled at your comment.  Bless you!  Elaine, I get the fact that your nutcracker stays out all year… apart from the fact they are so wonderful, it is tough to find somewhere to store them!  Like you and Marina, I am a fan of Nutcrackers and love bringing them out for Christmas.  Judi, we lived in California for a couple of years and I missed the 4 seasons.  It's a gorgeous state, but I really did miss the seasons.  Sally, don't forget to share a link to any card you make using the new Sweet Sorbet DSP!  Can't wait to see what you do with it.  Colleen, hope your temps are nice and warm and Rach, you looked beautiful in your glam gear for B's party.

Have a wonderful Tuesday everyone.  I will try to get back with another card for you tomorrow.  In the meantime, warm hugs and prayers for those of you who need a little lift tonight, especially around this festive season.

Hugs

Jaydee

  1. This year, my collection of Santas is at the public library, so I am bringing out my collections of Nutcrackers, trees, and villages to decorate the house. Nutcrackers are so much fun, and I just love the size of your new ones, Jaydee. I can’t wait for the Occasions catalog to show up in my mailbox. You do such a great job (on all your cards), and give great inspiration and anticipation to see what’s next. Enjoy your winter season. I’d rather have San Diego’s weather! You are right, though, when you say you miss the four seasons. I would choose three year round, although heat and humidity I can do without. Have a great day! Hi Lou! Nancy B

  2. I love those fresh, spring-y colors! What a fun card!
I too love having four seasons, even if winter isn’t *quite* cold enough and summer lasts just a *little* too long. There’s something wonderful about each season. :o)
Thank you so much! I don’t clean up often, so when I do, it’s fun. :o)
    Hugs!
    P.S. Hi Lou!
