Happy Friday.
It’s another INSPO list challenge across at Festive Friday this week and we have a fun list for you. I was inspired to bring out my Waffle Flower Happy Seagull set and create a kiddie birthday card.

I began by die-cutting the elements for my card. I used the Happy Seagull dies, the Inquisitive Seagull stamps and the Wavy Borders dies to create my scene. I blended colors on the ocean and sandy beach parts. I stamped and die-cut the rock that he’s standing on as well as bucket of fish and chips and the party hat Oh, and I added some metallic splatters, too! So, truth be told… I was SO tempted to have him tripping over the rock and the fish and chips scattered everywhere :-). Now that would have been funny 🙂

I so love this card, Jaydee. The WF seagulls make me laugh every time I see them. I love watching them on the beach (as long as no one near me is feeding them). They are such characters. You can almost imagine what they are “saying” to each other. I am curious about your spattered background – both sky and sand. Did you do something with texture? Especially with the sky? In any case I just love this card. Have a great day!
