The Greetery What’s the Scoop and Honeycomb Cone for Festive Friday Challenge #212

Happy Friday.

It’s another INSPO list challenge across at Festive Friday this week and we have a fun line up of elements for you to include on your projects. I was inspired to bring out two sets from The Greetery. One is called What’s the Scoop and the other uses my favorite elements from The Greetery, the honeycomb!

Here’s a sneak peek:

Do the colors remind you of Neopolitan ice cream?!

Here’s our INSPO list and theme for the challenge:

I found a piece of cardstock in my stash that I thought would work perfectly for the background. I loved the ombre colors and the stars!

I created the cone from the dies and ink blended color onto it. I die-cut the elements and added the sentiments for the cone.

The “Scoop” was the most fun. I die cut it in pink and then added the chocolate drizzle elements. I backed it onto a vellum cut out. I added the “here’s the” sentiment and some sequins and the card was complete.

Here’s what it looks like closed:

INSPO ELEMENTS: PURPLE, SEQUINS, ICE CREAM

And here’s what it looks like when it’s opened:

Such a great set!

As always, the design team have some fabulous inspiration for you:

I’ll be back tomorrow with another card. In the meantime, warm hugs and prayers for those of you who need a little lift tonight.

Card recipe:

  • Stamp and dies: What’s the Scoop – The Greetery
